Sheila Bride, President/Owner of Petaluma Coffee & Tea Company
Sheila has worked with numerous community and business organizations and has served on the boards of The Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce, Petaluma Visitor’s Program, the Rotary Club of Petaluma Valley, Petaluma Women’s Club, the Restaurant Association of the Redwood Empire, and the Petaluma Yacht Club. She also serves on the advisory boards of the Petaluma Library and the Casa Grande Culinary Arts program. For the past 6 years she has been an advisor at Casa Grande High School with the Rotary Interact Club. In 2004-2005 Sheila served as President of the Rotary Club of Petaluma Valley. Following long careers in the airline industry Sheila and her husband Gardner moved to Petaluma in 1986 and founded the Petaluma Coffee Company in 1989. They enjoy the country life with their 4 cats, numerous deer, wildlife and the natural beauty of Petaluma.
Joan Cosper, Foundation and Nonprofit Consultant
Joan is former Vice President for Community Investment and Director of Donor Engagement at East Bay Community Foundation, and has managed programs for youth leadership and development and taught English as a second language. Joan is a Petaluma resident, backyard farmer and proud mother of two.
Steve Geney, President/Owner of North Bay Construction, Inc
Steve has worked with North Bay Construction for 28 years, and has been an owner for 18 of those years. He has served on numerous boards, including Petaluma Hospital Foundation, Hospice of Petaluma, Friends of Cal-Ore Fish Enhancement (President), Engineering & Utility Contractors Association (President/Board Member), Northern California Engineering Contractors Association (President/Board Member), and Petaluma High School Athletic Boosters (President/Board Member). Steve and his wife, Marilyn, have lived in Petaluma for 20 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren.
Tim Kellgren, Pastor, Elim Lutheran Church
Tim has served at Elim Lutheran Church since 1977 and has been very involved in the Petaluma community, helping start PEP Housing, an ecumenical non-profit that builds and manages housing for Seniors and handicapped, the Committee on the Shelterless (COTS), and Petaluma Bounty, among many other projects. Tim is married to Pat (Martin) and has three daughters, a son and a granddaughter.
Dave Martinelli, V.P., Petaluma Poultry/Coleman Natural Foods
Dave has been with Petaluma Poultry / Coleman Natural Foods for 16 years. He is responsible for grain procurement for Coleman, which produces natural and organic poultry and pork in facilities throughout the US. Dave also owns Tolay Vista Vineyards which is planted on his family’s ranch southeast of Petaluma. He has served on several non profit boards including the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce, KRCB TV and Radio, and Friends of the Petaluma Campus (SRJC). He lives in Sonoma with his wife, Teresa, and their three sons.
Allen Noren, Vice President, O’Reilly Media
Allen is VP Online & Digital Initiatives at O’Reilly Media, which is a catalyst of leading-edge technological change through books, online sites, and conferences. Allen Manages the company’s online presence and the PR group, and has led many of its digital efforts. Allen has traveled to over 50 countries, is the author of two books, and lives in Petaluma with his wife Linda and their two kids, Mia and Leif.
Bob Oliker, Attorney, Baddeley, Oliker & Sartori
A partner at Baddeley Oliker & Sartori in Petaluma since 1988, Bob’s practice includes all aspects of real property including construction contracts, insurance litigation, real property sales, land use and environmental law, subdivisions, and construction defect litigation. Bob has taught fundamentals of real property, land use and environmental law, and construction law at Sonoma State University and has served on the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Bar Association and Petaluma Boys and Girls Club. Bob is an avid kayaker, an outdoor enthusiast and a long time environmentalist.
Jessica Vann Gardener
Jessica Vann Gardner has worked in marketing, public relations, and tourism development for 26 years, both in the United States and France, serving as executive director of the destination marketing program and economic development of tourism for the City of Petaluma for eighteen years of those years. A graduate of NYU, Jessica has served as the elected representative for the nine counties of the North Coast to the CA Travel & Tourism Commission, participates on the Marketing/Public Relations Committee of the Sonoma County Tourism Board and has been a member and Tourism-Hospitality Chair of the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board. Jessica lives in Petaluma with her husband, Alan and two children.
