Seed Starting Workshop

Now is the time to start early summer vegetable seedlings!  When you grow your own, you get better quality, save money, and grow successful varieties.  Start tomatoes, peppers, onions, and more!

You bring seeds and containers.  Class provides planting soil.  Take your plant starts home and enjoy fresh vegetables all summer long!

Basic seeding instruction includes:  heat, media (soil), light, fertilizer, water, successful varieties for Sonoma.  Hands-on seeding in the Bounty greenhouse.

Suzi Grady, Former Bounty Community Farm Manager and Current Sustainable Seed Company Farmer

Cost: $15 per person for materials and instruction
(no one turned away for lack of funds)
