At this two hour workshop at the Bounty Community Farm, we will talk with a local fermentation worker. During our time together we will:
– Learn about the benefits of eating fermented foods
– Talk details about fermentation processes like sauerkraut, pickles, and cavass
– Watch a sauerkraut demonstration and have a chance to get your hands dirty
– Walk away with a universal sauerkraut recipe and instructions
I wish workshops like this were offered where I live in Thailand. I love learning more about fermenting.
