Come to our farm on Saturday, July 20, for a free gardening workshop. The workshop is 10 a.m. to noon in the Unity Garden near our farm’s entrance. No registration necessary.

Participants are also invited to take a walking tour of our working farm led by our staff.

The workshop is a hands-on event to help you enjoy your flowers and vegetables into the fall. Master Gardeners will provide information about how to:

• Refresh your blooms to extend the blooming time and health of your perennials, annuals, vegetables and roses
• Identify water stress in your plants, and tune up your irrigation
• Reduce weeds now and into the future
• Control gophers and other pesky garden intruders with sustainable methods.

There will be free compost. Bring containers!
