Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program offers extra funds to eligible seniors for the purchase of fresh produce at approved farmers markets.
This year’s benefits are on a card that acts like a debit card. Click here to learn more about the program.

Petaluma Bounty is a distribution partner working with the Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging. Bounty staff will distribute SFMNP cards at several farmers markets in Sonoma County.
Cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Seniors 60 years and older whose income does not exceed 185% of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible. One card per person per program year.
Seniors can designate an individual to act as their authorized representative or “Proxy” to sign and receive a SFMNP card and make purchases at authorized farmers markets. Click here (or the button below) for the proxy form.

How do we prove income eligibility?
Do I need to bring my 2024 tax forms?
