Volunteer Program
After October 2025, our volunteer program will be paused for newcomers until further notice. This is due to Petaluma Bounty’s transition away from Petaluma People Services Center. Volunteers familiar with our farm are welcome to join us on the farm on Wednesdays and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon.
Bounty Hunters Program
Bounty Hunters is our community-wide food gleaning network that collects fresh, healthy food from backyard gardeners, farms, orchards and businesses. The food we collect goes to service providers who assist people in need.
Starting Nov. 1, 2025, and for the foreseeable future, the program will be coordinated by volunteers.
If your backyard fruit tree or vegetable patch is so productive that you can’t keep up and you would like our Bounty Hunter volunteers to harvest them for donation, let us know by filling out this form.
If you are interested volunteering for the program, please fill out a volunteer interest form.

Farmers Market L.I.F.E. and Nutrition Incentives (CalFresh, Market Match, and more)
Farmers markets that are part of our Farmers Market L.I.F.E. program accept CalFresh and offer Market Match.
Sadly, as of late October 2025, CalFresh’s November benefits are delayed due the federal government shutdown. CalFresh benefits already on EBT cards can continued to be used at participating farmers markets.
Partnerships
We are grateful for all of our partners and collaborators.
The Master Gardeners of Sonoma County have worked to revitalize the Unity Garden near the entrance to our farm. They attend most of our on-farm community events like our twice-yearly plant sales, community seed exchanges, and more.
