Things are looking a lot less weedy at La Tercera Community Garden, thanks to the efforts of Community Garden Program Coordinator Raney and volunteers. On August 31, Raney held a meeting with interested community members from the neighborhood. Here’s an update from Raney.

An update on La Tercera Community Garden

We had our first meeting at La Tercera on August 31, 2023 and it went great! Some very excited neighbors showed up and expressed their ideas on how to move forward. We learned a little about what happened in the past and are ready to start moving into the future of La Tercera! We will be announcing another date for a second meeting here shortly. Actualización sobre el Jardín Comunitario La Tercera

Nosotros tuvimos la primera reunión en La Tercera el 31 de agosto y todo fue muy bien! Algunos vecinos se presentaron y expresaron sus ideas sobre el futuro del jardín y aprendimos un poco sobre lo que ha pasado en el pasado. Vamos a planear otra reunión para septiembre muy pronto.
