Join herbalist Abi Huff & the Sonoma County Herb Association on the Bounty Farm for a discussion on immunity and its connection to stress. We will learn about herbal allies to support us through times of intense and general stress, insomnia, and illness and will become familiar with the medicinal plants of the Unity Garden. All class members will be going home with their own tea blend, suited for their needs. This class is appropriate for all levels.
